Here list all carriers MTM works with, each one as specific limitations and use cases.
- Only Australia post can deliver to PO boxes, any order that exceeds the 22kg weight limit must provide an address.
- Carriers will start to collect after 12 pm.
Aramex​
Aramex has a zoned based pricing system, it should only be used to send packages to suburbs in Brisbane, the Outer Metro Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or Toowoomba. These packages can be up to 25kg in weight and no larger than 1.2m in length. The local driver must be contacted for the packages to be picked up.

Australia post​
Australia post can ship anywhere in Australia and is perfect for direct to customer deliveries and is the only one that delivers to PO boxes. Maximum weight is 22kg domestic and can have a maximum length of 105 cm and maximum dimensions of 0.25 cubic meters. The address on the delivery must be correct as their is no automatic flagging if the parcel's destination does not exist, should this occur a ticket must be made with them.
Constraints​
- No bulk parcels. For bulk parcels you will need to through Startrack
- 22KG Weight limit per parcel is strictly enforced
Best for: Nationwide B2C and E-commerce​
Border Express​
Border Express provides Australia wide shipping and can carry the heaviest packages with a maximum weight of 32kg.
The following table lists the maximum size for parcel freight. Border Express can be used for residential deliveries however surcharges apply and can not deliver to PO Boxes.
Constraints​
- 32KG weight limit for parcels. Everything else must be on a pallet
- Bulk shipments have MINIMUM dimensions of 1.2x1.2
Best for: Cost effective Interstate parcels.​
Couriers please​
Couriers Please has a maximum package weight of 25kg and a maximum volume of 0.16m^3. Consignments can be made using their prepaid coupon system, a coupon booklet contains preregistered barcodes that cna be placed on a package instead of generating a consignment in Machship though a coupon should ony be used if receiver pays. Couriers Please is used for easy to deliver packages and cna be sent through Sendle to ensure correct delivery. These packages need to have their pick up scheduled with a local driver.
Constraints​
- Maximum weight: 25kg
- Maximum volume: 0.16m^3
- Machship not needed if using Couriers Please coupon
- Prepaid coupon system should be used if the receiver pays
- Pick-up must be scheduled with a local driver
Machship isn't needed if the order uses a Couriers please coupon.
Best for: Large/Heavy Parcels B2C in metro/suburban areas (AVOID RURAL)​
TGE Priority​
Is for priority satchel orders and can be sent in 3 kg or 5 kg satchels, these packages can not exceed these weight limits. The local driver will need to be contacted to pick up these orders.
Constraints​
- Maximum weight: 3 kg or 5 kg (based on satchel type)
- Pick-up must be scheduled with a local driver
Best for: Overnight Satchels​
FedEx (formerly TNT)​
TNT is the cost effective freight provider when moving freight B2B.
It is limited to 22kg packages and shouldn't be used for order with more than two packages or over 30 kg due to additional charges. It will incur additional fees for residential deliveries, use of manual consignment notes, incorrect labeling, incorrect label placement and the storage of a package for more than three days. An package that is sent out for delivery but not delivered is charge a redelivery fee. These complications limit TNT to only being used for commercial deliveries and smaller order.
Constraints​
- Individual package weight limit is 22KG. Exceeding this will incur additional charges.
- Residential deliveries incur a surcharge.
- Correct labeling is required as consignments that require additional handling in the sorting facility will attract additional charges.
- If a parcel needs to be held at their depot for more that 3 days, additional charges will apply.
- Packages that require Redelivery or rescheduled deliveries will also incur additional charges.
- Manual consignments have added fee's as well.
